Employer-paid benefit costs for General Fund accounts are covered for departments from campus funds held centrally for this purpose. The costs covered include OASDI, dental insurance, medical insurance, retirement, life insurance, medicare, vision care, long-term disability insurance, and flexcash.
Industrial Disability Sick Leave Supplement (CFS Account 601817) is the responsibility of the department to cover from within their own budget. Industrial Disability Leave (Benefit Accounts 603008, 603805 and 603855) and Non-Industrial Disability Leave (Benefit Accounts 603009, 603806, and 603856) costs are reimbursed to General Fund units from the CSU Risk Pool.
